Unhook charge air cooler upward and remove downward.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Install air guide pipes and connector => [ Hose Connections with Connection Couplings, Assembly ] See: Description and Operation

Fill with coolant => [ Cooling System, Draining and Filling ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service and Repair/Procedures.

Install front bumper cover Removal and Installation.
