3 Series E36 318tds (M41) SAL
Drain and dispose of coolant.
Installation:
Replace seal.
Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 11 11 5AZ
Bleed cooling system and check for water leaks,
refer to 17 00 039
Remove fan wheel with fan coupling,
refer to 11 52 020
Remove radiator,
refer to 17 11 000
Remove complete fuel filter,
refer to 13 32 061
Removing intake air manifold,
refer to 11 61 050
Remove pressure pipe with AGR valve.
Unfasten hose from turbocharger.
Unfasten engine section of wiring harness and place to one side
with cable duct.
Unclip vacuum line from brake booster.
