Removing and installing, sealing or replacing
exhaust manifold (M41)
Remove cover for intake line.
Remove suction-filter housing.
Removing fan wheel with fan coupling,
refer to 11 52 020
Unfasten clip to coolant connecting line.
Unfasten line for exhaust gas recuperation from exhaust manifold
and AGR valve.
Unfasten exhaust turbocharger.
Installation:
Replace seal.
Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 11 65 1AZ
