Adjusting accelerator with electronic engine
power control
1st Idling Position
Loosen hexagon nut (1) on pedal-value sensor.
Create gap of A =.3 mm between accelerator pedal shaft and idle
stop (2) (jam feeler gauge or similar item between them).
Tighten hexagon nut (1) on pedal-value sensor to specified
torque.
For tightening torque, refer to Technical Data
Support lever on pedal-value sensor while tightening.
2. Full Load Position
Manual transmission
Actuate accelerator pedal as far as KICKDOWN pressure point in
pedal value sensor. In this position adjust screw (3) to bear on the
accelerator pedal and lock it.
