Removing and installing left or right front seat
(GFK racing bucket) (M3 CSL)
Warning!
Read and comply with safety regulations for handling airbag
modules and pyrotechnical belt tensioners.
Incorrect or improper handling may trigger the pyrotechnical
belt tensioner or side airbag and thereby cause injury.
Move front seat as far forward as possible.
Release screws (1).
Tightening torque, 52 10 9AZ
.
Move front seat as far back as possible.
Installation:
Carpet must not get between seat rails and floor pan in area of
fastening points (grating noises).
If necessary, lever out protective caps.
Release screws (1).
Tightening torque, 52 10 9AZ
.
Unlock retainer (1) and disconnect plug connection (2).
Important!
Cover door sill with protective covers (risk of damage).
Lift out front seat.
