Installation:
Clean sealing surfaces on heat exchanger.
Replace O-rings (1).
Installation:
Clean sealing surfaces.
Replace O-ring (1).
Caution!
When the oil-water heat exchanger is removed, a residual
quantity of coolant flows out of the heat exchanger into the
engine!
Drain and change the engine oil after completing work.
Assemble vehicle and set in horizontal position. Start engine and
run at idle speed until oil indicator lamp goes out.
Switch off engine. Wait approx. 10 minutes. Check engine oil
level. If necessary, correct engine oil level.
