The costs incurred will be reimbursed minus the customer's charge. 
In other words, the customer's share will be deducted from the cost of the parts (including
ordering costs) and the resulting balance must be claimed as an outside service (key 04).
Flat rates can be entered in the usual way.
The warranty claim may thus include only the flat rates and the amount for outside
services. 
Example for calculating the amount for outside services:
CCC conversion kit 
+ ordering costs for conversion kit
+ trim piece 
+ ordering costs for trim piece
= Total (parts plus ordering costs) 
- customer share (net)
= Outside service amount
If programming etc. is needed after the repair has been completed, this should be
reimbursed under the defect code given below.
If the measures plan states that a replacement of parts is necessary, this must be claimed
with the corresponding number of flat rates and a separate defect code as this is then a
pure case of vehicle warranty.
