Unlock plug connections (1) and disconnect.

Carry out function check while removed with special tool

Installation:
Carry out initialization while BMW diagnosis system is installed.
Alternatively the initialization can also be carried out manually.

Move drive mechanisms to fully open and hold down switch
for at least 15 seconds.
