Replacing bulb for inside door handle light,
front left or right
Remove door trim panel,
refer to 51 41 000.
Disconnect LED with cable (1) from light housing (2).
Cut LED cable (1) to length (A) from door wiring harness.
(A) = 10 cm
Cut cable ends on LED spare part (sourcing reference: BMW
Parts Service) to length (B).
(B) = 16 cm
According to wiring harness repairs, connect door wiring harness
and LED cable with butt connectors and shrinkable tubes,
refer to 61 13 A21.
Secure repair area on door wiring harness in position.
