Note:

Before screwing the center door to the body with screws (1), it
is still possible to make slight positional corrections by means
of adapting to the adjoining body components.

Then screw the center door to the body under initial stress.

Position of door relative to rocker panel: Door must run parallel to
rocker panel.

Correction:

Loosen nuts on hinge (2).

Correct the quantity and/or thickness of shim.

Note:

Installing the shims determines the extent to which the center
door protrudes over the front door.

0 - 1 mm

This applies to the overall area of the center door, even to the
area of the door window!

Tighten nuts.

Check previous adjustment once again and correct if necessary.

Note:

Ensure that zinc film is attached to both sides of the bores in
the body.

Replace damaged zinc film.
