Replacing all main crankshaft bearing shells

Special tools required:

Important!
Check grinding size of crankshaft.
Note:
Grinding stages 1 and 2 are not color-coded.
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove engine.
•
Remove all pistons.
•
Remove crankshaft.
Installation:
If a new crankcase is installed, insert bearing shells by colour
code in crankcase.
Pay attention to letter combination on crankcase.
Five letters starting in direction of travel on first bearing seat as
illustrated (V V G V G).
V= Violet:
G = Green.
Y = Yellow
