Important!

In event of turbocharger damage: 

Pressure pipes

Intercooler

Throttle valves

Intake air manifold

Swirl flaps in intake air manifold 

must be checked for foreign bodies, damage and operation.

Turbocharger must be removed together with oil pressure line.

Oil pressure line must not be damaged or deformed in any way
when removed.

Unclip hoses (1).

Unclip line and cable (2).

Release screw.

Detach hose and remove intake pipe (3).

Release screw.

Unlock clamp (1) in direction of arrow.

Remove pressure pipe (2).

Release screws (1).

Unfasten clip.

Remove oil return line (2).

Release banjo bolt (3).

Installation:

Replace sealing rings.

Tightening torque 11 65 2AZ

.

Secure turbocharger (6) against falling out.

Release screw (5).

Unlock plug (7) and remove.
