3. Connect the rear suspension trailing arm (2) to the knuckle (3). Refer to Trailing Arm Replacement (See: Suspension/Trailing Arm/Service and
Repair).
4. Connect the rear wheel spindle rods to the knuckle. Refer to Rear Wheel Spindle Rod Replacement (See: Suspension/Rear Knuckle Alignment
Link/Service and Repair).
5. Install the bearing/hub assembly. Refer to Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement (See: Suspension/Wheel Bearing/Service and Repair/Rear
Suspension).
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
6. Tighten the strut to knuckle bolts (2) and nuts (1) to 120 Nm (89 lb ft).
7. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (See: Wheels and Tires/Service and Repair).
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Inspect the rear wheel alignment, adjust if necessary. Refer to Wheel Alignment Measurement (See: Alignment/Service and Repair/Wheel
Alignment Measurement).
