Idler Pulley: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the accessory drive belt.
3. Remove the idler pulley bracket and bolts.
4. Remove the idler pulley.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the idler pulley.
2. Install the idler pulley bracket and bolts. Tighten the bolts to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
3. Install the drive belt.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
