Install the lock washers and attaching nuts.

3.

Connect the electrical connector, and tighten to 3.7 N-m (33 lb. in.).

4.

Adjust the ISC motor as described in ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES/MINIMUM AIR, TPS AND ISC MOTOR ADJUSTMENTS.
