Fuel Pressure Test Port: Service and Repair

Fuel Rail Assembly - Exploded View

REMOVAL:

1.

Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.

Relieve the fuel system pressure, refer to FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELIEF.

3.

Clean around the fuel pressure connection with AC-DELCO X-30A or equivalent.

4.

Remove the fuel pressure connection assembly and seal.  Discard the seal.
