4. Install the TXV line bracket.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

5. Install the bolts (1) that secure the TXV to the evaporator and tighten to 3.5 Nm (31 lb in).

6. Install the HVAC line clamp.

7. Install the HVAC line clamp screw and tighten to 1 Nm (8 lb in).
8. Install the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement   (See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/HVAC Module
