Removal Procedure
1. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement (See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/HVAC
Module Assembly Replacement).
2. Remove the insulation (1) from the thermal expansion valve (TXV). Discard the used insulation.
3. Remove the HVAC line clamp screw.
4. Remove the HVAC line clamp.
