8. Remove the power steering pump bracket bolts.
9. Remove the power steering pump and bracket from the vehicle.

10. If necessary, transfer the power steering pump bracket. Refer to Power Steering Pump Bracket Replacement   (See: Power Steering Pump Bracket

Replacement).

Installation Procedure

1. Position the power steering pump and bracket in the vehicle.

Note:  Start all fasteners by hand before finalizing any torques.

2. Install the power steering pump bracket bolts (1, 2, 3).

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

Note:  Torque the power steering pump bolts in the sequence shown.
