1. Install the shift control cable to the vehicle.

2. Install the cable end cap to the floor shift assembly.
3. Install the console center trim panel. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Console Front in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators.
4. Install the left I/P sound insulator. Refer to Close out insulator Panel Replacement - Left in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators.

5. Install the cable into the retaining bracket. Push down on the locking tab. Refer to AT Range Selector Cable Adjustment.
6. Install the cable end cap to the transmission position switch lever.
