Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side (DTS)

Removal Procedure

1. Grasp the rear edge of the console trim panel (2).

A flat bladed tool may be needed to grasp the rear edge of the console trim panel.

2. Pull out on the rear of the console trim panel (2) in order to disengage the rear retainers.
3. Push forward on the console trim panel (2) in order to disengage the console trim panel front attachment (1) from the HVAC cover.
4. Remove the left console trim panel (2).

Installation Procedure

Caution:  Ensure that the front hook of the console trim panel is hooked to the HVAC cover. Failure to engage the hook could result in personal
injury or vehicle damage caused by panel interference with the accelerator pedal.

1. Engage the left console trim panel front attachment by hooking the front attachment to the HVAC case (1).

2. Align the console trim panel retainers to the console . 
3. Push firmly on the trim panel (2) in order to engage the rear retainers.
