13. Remove the strut to knuckle attaching nuts and bolts.
14. Remove the steering knuckle.
Installation Procedure
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
1. Install the steering knuckle to the strut.
Tighten the strut to knuckle bolts to 147 Nm (108 ft. lbs.).
2. Connect the lower ball joint. Refer to Lower Ball Joint Replacement (FE1, FE3) or Lower Ball Joint Replacement (FE7).
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the lower ball joint nut (2).
