NOTICE:

Care should be taken to avoid chipping or cracking the spring coating when handling the front suspension coil spring. Damage to the coating
could result in spring failure.

Figure 3 - Strut Compressor

1.

Install strut compressor tool J-34013 in Holding Fixture J-3289-20 as shown in Figure 3.

2.

Install strut assembly in tool J-34013 as shown in Figure 3.

3.

Turn compressor forcing screw until spring compresses slightly.
