Oil Pan Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Install the engine support fixture.
2. Drain the engine oil.
3. Remove the front frame.
4. Remove the front differential carrier, if equipped.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the engine oil level sensor.
6. Remove the engine oil level sensor from the oil pan.
7. Remove the oil pan bolts.
Important: The oil pan gasket is reusable unless damaged. Do not remove the gasket from the oil pan unless replacement is required.
8. Remove the oil pan.
9. Drill out the oil pan gasket rivets.
