Refrigerant Oil: Capacity Specifications

REFRIGERANT OIL CAPACITIES

COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT ................................................................................................................................................  150 ml (5.0 ounces)

NOTE:  The Delphi CVC service compressor is precharged with the specified amount of PAG oil. If more than the specified amount of PAG oil
was drained from a component, add the equal amount drained.

CONDENSER / RECEIVER DEHYDRATOR REPLACEMENT ................................................................................................  60 ml (2.0 ounces)

NOTE:  If more than the specified amount of PAG oil was drained from a component, add the equal amount drained.

EVAPORATOR CORE REPLACEMENT .....................................................................................................................................  45 ml (1.5 ounces)

NOTE:  If more than the specified amount of PAG oil was drained from a component, add the equal amount drained.

EVAPORATOR REAR LINE ASSEMBLY ....................................................................................................................................  15 ml (0.5 ounces)

NOTE:  If more than the specified amount of PAG oil was drained from a component, add the equal amount drained.

TOTAL SYSTEM PAG OIL CAPACITY .....................................................................................................................................  150 ml (5.0 ounces)
