10. Install the torque converter cover.
11. Install the torque converter cover bolts.
Tighten the torque converter cover bolts to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
12. Install tine catalytic converter.
13. Install tine starter.
14. Install the oil level indicator.
15. Fill the engine oil.
