14. EGR solenoid valve.
15. Thermostat housing and gasket.
16. Heater and radiator hoses.
17. Air conditioning compressor brace and brace nuts.
Tighten
^
A/C compressor brace-to-intake manifold nut to 25 N.m (18 lb. ft.).
^
A/C compressor brace-to-compressor nut to 33 N.m (24 lb. ft.).
18. Generator brace and nuts, if removed.
Tighten
^
Generator-to-brace nut to 50 N.m (37 lb. ft.).
^
Generator brace nut-to-intake manifold stud to 25 N.m (18 lb. ft.).
19. Throttle body assembly.
^
Fill cooling system.
20. Air cleaner.
21. Battery negative cable.
^
Start engine.
Adjust
^
Timing.
Inspect
^
For leaks.
