2. Install the fuel rail feed pipe fittings (1) and tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb ft).
3. Install the right fuel injector feed pipes. Refer to Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement - Right Side   (See: Fuel Supply Line/Service and

Repair/Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement - Right Side).

4. Install the exhaust gas recirculation valve cooler assembly. Refer to Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cooler Replacement   (See: Emission

Control Systems/Exhaust Gas Recirculation/EGR Cooler/Service and Repair/Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cooler Replacement).

5. Prime the fuel system. Refer to Fuel System Priming   (See: Service and Repair/Fuel System Priming).
6. Start the engine.

If the engine does not start, repeat the above step.

7. Inspect the fuel system for leaks.
8. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Access Cover/Service and Repair).

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Access Cover/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation valve cooler assembly. Refer to Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cooler Replacement   (See: Emission

3. Remove the right fuel injector feed pipes. Refer to Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement - Right Side   (See: Fuel Supply Line/Service and

Repair/Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement - Right Side).
