4. Connect the brake pipe to the EBCM unit.

Tighten the rear brake pipe to the EBCM unit to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
5. Bleed the hydraulic system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual Bleeding) or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure
Bleeding).
Pipe Replacement (Rear Brake Rear Pipe)
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
IMPORTANT: Brake pipes that run parallel to each other must maintain a 6 mm (1/4 inch) clearance.
CAUTION: Always use double-walled steel brake pipe when replacing brake pipes. The use of any other pipe is not recommended and may cause
brake system failure. Carefully route and retain replacement brake pipes. Always use the correct fasteners and in the original location for replacement
brake pipes. Failure to properly route and retain brake pipes may cause damage to the brake pipes and brake system failure.
1. Disconnect the rear brake front pipe from the rear brake rear pipe at the brass fitting.
2. Disconnect the rear brake rear pipe from the rear brake hose.
3. Remove the brake pipe retainers from the frame.
