Express 3500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2008)
4. Position the PCV pipe to the left valve cover and loosely install the PCV pipe bolt.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice .
5. Tighten the right and left PCV pipe bolts.
Tighten the PCV pipe bolts to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).
6. Position the glow plug wiring harness to the original position and install the wiring harness bracket bolts (1).
7. Connect the wiring harness connector to the glow plug module.
8. Install the charged air cooler inlet pipe to the turbocharger. Refer to Charged Air Cooler Hoses/Pipes Replacement (Inlet) (See: Fuel Delivery and
Air Induction/Turbocharger/Intercooler/Intercooler Duct/Service and Repair/Charged Air Cooler Hoses/Pipes Replacement (Inlet))Charged Air

9. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
10. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
