Once the cover is removed install the new comfort clip.

Turn the cover inside out to gain access for sewing.

Before sewing the new clip in place, measure 19 mm (3/4 in) from the end of the elastic cord to the end of the seat cover material as shown in the
illustration.
5.
Before sewing the clip in place set the sewing machine to 8 to 12 stitches per inch.
6.
Install the seat back cover. Refer to the Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement procedure in SI.
