Rear Seat Belt Replacement

Description
CAUTION: The seat belt assembly and/or bracket assembly must be replaced as a unit only. Do not substitute parts for any reason, or
personal injury could result.
1. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Seats in Body and Accessories.
2. Remove one lower anchor bolt securing the seat belt (2) to the vehicle.
3. Remove the following components securing the rear seat belt guide loop to the vehicle:

The plastic cover
^
One anchor bolt
^
The washers
^
The spacer
4. Remove the rear speaker electrical connector (if equipped).
5. Remove the rear seat belt retractor assembly plastic (4) trim cover.
6. Remove one mounting bolt and the rear seat belt retractor assembly from the vehicle.
7. Remove two plastic snaps securing the luggage compartment carpet to the floor at the rear of the luggage compartment.
8. Lift the carpet and remove the spare tire cover to gain access to the rear seat belt buckle (3) anchor bolt.
9. Remove the rear seat belt buckle anchor bolt and buckle from the vehicle.
