Metro L3-061 1.0L VIN 6 TBI (1998)
Description
1. Feed the seat belt (2) through the opening.
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the retractor assembly (4) to the vehicle. Secure the assembly with one mounting bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the rear seat belt retractor assembly mounting bolt to 45 N.m (33 lb. ft).
3. Install the rear seat belt guide loop (1) to the vehicle. Secure the guide loop with one anchor bolt, the washers, the spacer and the plastic cover.
Tighten
Tighten the rear seat belt guide loop anchor bolt to 45 N.m (33 lb. ft).
4. Reposition the rear back seat side trim around the seat belt. Secure the side trim to the vehicle with three plastic retainer clips.
5. Raise the rear seatback.
6. Install the rear seat belt (2) to the vehicle. Secure with one lower anchor bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the rear seat belt lower anchor bolt to 45 N.m (33 lb. ft).
7. Install the rear seat belt buckle (3) to the vehicle. Secure the buckle with one anchor bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the rear seat belt buckle anchor bolt to 45 N.m (33 lb. ft).
8. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Seats in Body and Accessories.
