Remove lower control arm from control arm bracket at bracket side, Fig. 3.

Separate extension rod subassembly and shift/selector sub assembly from transmission, Fig. 4.
Fig. 5 Driveshaft Pry Tool.

Remove driveshaft using pry bar tool No. 09648-87201 or equivalent, Fig. 5.
12.
Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Apply chassis grease to serrated section of outboard joint.
b. Torque lower arm and stabilizer bar bolts to specifications.
c. Torque stabilizer bar bracket to body bolts to specifications.
