Front Door Window Motor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Remove the power window switch.

2. On the driver side only, if equipped with power mirrors, pull the power mirror switch control knob rearward to remove it from the switch stem.

3. Remove the nut that secures the power mirror switch to the door trim panel.
4. Using a wide flat-bladed tool such as a trim stick, gently pry the trim panel away from the door around the perimeter to release the retainers and

remove the trim panel.

NOTE:  To aid in the removal of the trim panel, start at the bottom of the panel.
