Air Bag: Service and Repair
Driver Side Airbag Module Replacement
Prior to performing service procedure, disarm air bag system as described under Air Bag System Disarming & Arming at Air Bag Systems/ Service
and Repair. Failure to disarm air bag system could result in system deployment and personal injury.
1. Disarm air bag.
2. Remove air bag module mounting screws from back and module.
3. Remove radio remote control assembly.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten screws to specifications.
