Radiator Cooling Fan Temperature Sensor / Switch: Testing and Inspection
1.
Place sensor in hot water up to mounting thread.
2.
Check for continuity between terminals on sensor.
3.
If no continuity exists with water temperature at 180-190°F or at 172°F or less, replace sensor.
