Let the engine idle for 60 seconds then check curb idle speed.

If the idle speed is not controlled at 700 +/- 50 RPM (automatic transmission in Drive) or 800 +/- 50 RPM (manual transmission in Neutral) go to
the Engine/Emission Diagnosis Shop Manual, Volume H, Section 2 (Diagnostic Routines) and check for other possible causes.
