Removal and Installation
Removal
Disconnect the battery ground cable.
Position the power steering fluid reservoir to one side.
NOTE:Drill out the steel rivets.
Remove the powertrain control module (PCM) security shield.
Disconnect the PCM electrical connector.
Remove the trim panel.
Remove the PCM.
Installation
CAUTION:Make sure that the electrical connector locates correctly in the powertrain control module. Do not force or overtighten the electrical connector.
