Crown Victoria V8-4.6L SOHC VIN W (2005)
15. Loosen the bulkhead wiring connector retaining bolt and disconnect the electrical connector.

Position the bulkhead wiring connector aside.
^
Release bulkhead wiring connector from the dash panel and position it inside into the passenger compartment.
16. Remove the steering column brace to parking brake control bolt.
17. Remove the lower LH instrument panel cowl side bolt.
18. Remove the upper instrument panel cowl side bolt.
