Check to make sure the fuel tank pressure (FTP) transducer electrical connector will reach the twist-lock plug on top of the fuel tank.

To do this, locate the twist-lock plug on top of the fuel tank (some tanks may already have a FTP transducer installed at this location). Then, locate
the FTP transducer electrical connector.If the electrical connector or harness is not visible, then trace the fuel pump wiring harness back to the main
wiring harness on the left frame rail.The FTP wiring harness will branch off of the main wiring harness at the same location as the fuel pump wiring
harness.
C. Inspection Results

If vehicle failed inspection, call the Recall Hotline at 1-800-325-5621.

If vehicle passed inspection, go to Installation of New Converter and CMS.
