Oil Cooler
Removal and Installation
1. Drain the engine cooling system. For additional information, refer to Cooling System.
2. Drain the engine oil.
3. Disconnect the 2 coolant hoses from the engine oil cooler.
4. Remove and discard the oil filter.

To install, tighten to 16 Nm (12 lb-ft).
5. CAUTION: If metal, aluminum or foreign material is present in the oil cooler, diagnose the mechanical concerns that exist. Failure to
follow this instruction may result in additional engine damage.
