Removal and Installation
Remove
1. Remove the charge air cooler (refer to Operation Number 23 620 0).

2. Disconnect the vacuum control pipe from the exhaust gas recirculation valve.

3. Disconnect the exhaust gas recirculation outlet pipe from the valve (two bolts).

4. Remove the valve (two bolts).
Install

5. Refit the components in the reverse order.
• Fit new exhaust gas recirculation valve gaskets.
