Clutch Pedal Assembly: Adjustments
Height
ADJUSTMENT
NOTE: To determine if the pedal height requires adjustment, measure the distance from the bulkhead to the upper center of pedal pad. The distance
should be 7.72-8.03 inches. Use the following procedure if adjustment is required.
1. Disconnect clutch switch electrical connector.
2. Loosen clutch switch locknut.
3. Turn clutch switch until correct height is achieved.
4. Torque locknut to 10-13 ft lbs.
5. Measure pedal freeplay, pedal free-play travel should be between 0.20-0.51 inch.
6. Connect electrical connector.
