F 250 4WD Super Duty V8-5.4L SOHC VIN L (1999)
8. Install a new crankshaft front seal.
9. Raise and support the vehicle.
10. Loosely install the bolts, then tighten the bolts in the two steps following the sequence shown.

Step 1: Tighten to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).

Step 2: Tighten an additional 60 degrees.
11. Connect the crankshaft position sensor electrical connector.
