F 350 4WD Pickup V8-7.3L DSL Turbo VIN F (1994)
1. Apply a coating of clean diesel fuel to new bevel gasket and install onto housing gland.
2. Install a new filter element onto cap. Place new element and cap into housing. Allow fuel to soak into fuel filter element. Tighten cap until it
contacts the aluminum housing.
NOTE: The engine will not run if the fuel filter is incorrectly installed in the housing.
3. Mount base to crankcase with two capscrews.
4. Reinstall all hose connections to separator assembly in reverse order of removal.
