Clutch Master Cylinder: Service and Repair
Removal
NOTE: Once the clutch master cylinder push rod is installed, it cannot be removed from the clutch master cylinder.
NOTE: When replacing the clutch master cylinder, remove the hydraulic system from the vehicle.
1. Disconnect the clutch master cylinder push rod from the clutch pedal.
2. Remove the Clutch Pedal Position Switch (CPP).

Remove the dust cover.

Snap the clutch pedal position switch off the clutch master cylinder push rod.
3. Remove the pushpins.
4. Raise and support the vehicle.
