Electronic Engine Controls - 1.25L/1.4L Zetec-SE (Sigma) - Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Fiesta 1996 (08/1995-02/2002)
Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to Section  303-03 Engine Cooling.
  1. Remove the ignition coil. For additional information, refer to Section  303-07 Engine Ignition.

  1. Disconnect the ECT sensor electrical connector.

  1. Remove the ECT sensor.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
