Intake Air Distribution and Filtering - Air Cleaner—1.25L Duratec-16V (Sigma)/1.4L Duratec-16V (Sigma)/1.6L Duratec-16V (Sigma)

Removal and Installation

Removal

Disconnect the air cleaner outlet pipe and the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose from the air cleaner.

Remove the air cleaner.
- Remove the retaining bolts and lift the air cleaner up at the rear to remove.

Installation

NOTE:Locate the rear isolators onto the rear mounting pegs and push down.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
