Flex AWD V6-3.5L (2009)
6. Release the clamp and disconnect the power steering fluid reservoir-to-pump supply hose from the power steering pump.

Detach the supply hose retainer from the pressure line bracket.
7. Remove the pressure line bracket-to-engine bolt.
8. Remove the 3 power steering pump bolts.
9. Holding the power steering pump with a suitable holding device, disconnect the pressure line fitting-to-power steering pump.
Installation
1. NOTICE: A new Teflon(R) seal must be installed any time the pressure line is disconnected from the power steering pump or a fluid leak
may occur.
Using the Teflon(R) Seal Installer Set, install a new Teflon(R) seal on the pressure line fitting.
2. Holding the power steering pump with a suitable holding device, connect the pressure line fitting-to-power steering pump.

Tighten to 65 Nm (48 lb-ft).
3. Position the power steering pump and install the 3 bolts.

Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
4. Position the bracket and install the pressure line bracket-to-engine bolt.

Tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
5. Release the clamp and connect the power steering fluid cooler-to-pump supply hose.

Attach the supply hose retainer to the pressure line bracket.
6. Using the Stretchy Belt Installer Tool, install the power steering pump belt onto the power steering pump pulley.

Install the Stretchy Belt Installer Tool, between the power steering pump belt and pulley and turn the crankshaft bolt clockwise.
7. Install the RH inner fender splash shield.
